On this channel, I’m not only trying to share delicious fish recipes whilst I cook every fish species in the world, but also to educate and shed light upon controversial notions. Goldfish are members of the cyprinid, or carp, family of fishes and so closely related to both Prussian and Crucian Carp (both highly regarded eating fish!), that from a taxonomic perspective, there’s no difference of which one you’re cooking.
