Tub Gurnard

My very feeble attempt to recreate a magnificent dish by @piquenique32 : prawn stuffed gurnard. The taste is absolutely delicious, but I wasn’t too pleased with how I executed the texture of the farce. At least the fish was spanking fresh, netted and vetted by @finandbone . Filleting skills supported by my very own filleting knife by @savernake_knives
