European Plaice

My take on a traditional German fish recipe: pocketed plaice “Scholle Finkenwerder Art”. A special shoutout to the man himself, Mr. Gordon Ramsay, whose recipe for a brown shrimp sauce I’m using for this fish dish (which incidentally seems to be his interpretation of “Scholle Büsumer Art”).
